Zig Zag Approach Drill

Definitely seen the first part of this drill before. Love the addition of the second part.

Confession 1: Really had no idea what this drill was about for the first two and half minutes of the video.

Confession 2: Underwhelmed with the drills from Project 9 that have been released on social so far. Hopefully, more is on the way.

Changing the sizes of the triangles (the length of the approach) half way through the cone line is very interesting from random vs. blocked practice standpoint. Maybe an even better version is large triangle, small triangle, large triangle, small triangle.
