Barry Sanders vs. Mike Powell

Ten minutes of roll dodge talk.

This is a comparison of the two most elusive dodgers ever to play their sport – Barry Sanders in football and Mike Powell in lacrosse. One thing most people don’t realize is that human movement has nothing to do with what sport they play. How an athlete moves on the field of play shouldn’t change whether they’re playing lacrosse, football, or any other sport. Pay attention to the commonality between these two athletes and try to apply to your own game, or the athletes you coach.

Something slightly more technical than a Vine. Love what Ryan Small of Discover Your Game is doing with video. Follow him on Twitter.
